United Healthcare Student Resources (UHCSR) is offering 2024/2025 health insurance a plan for dependents of FSU students. The dependent plan is only available to those students who have also purchased the student insurance plan. The benefits mirror the student plan.

To Purchase Dependent Health Insurance Coverage:
- To purchase the dependent health insurance plan, you must first select the student plan, then continue by selecting the dependent plan that fits your family.
- The dependent plan is a separate charge from the student plan and will appear on your student account along with your student plan selection.
